The Grand Archive
Tangible Proof of the Magic.
Commission a beautifully personalized, wax-sealed portfolio from the official 2026 Registry. Handcrafted on heavy linen parchment and accompanied by brass-plated keepsakes, each archive brings the pure wonder of the North Pole directly into your child's hands.
Preserving the Wonder of Childhood
The Office of Santa Claus operates with a singular purpose: to craft authentic artifacts that stand as undeniable proof of holiday wonder. We believe the magic of youth deserves more than standard printout letters. By pairing heavy linen papers, meticulous calligraphy, and solid metal keepsakes, we build timeless heirlooms meant to be treasured in family archives forever. In the true spirit of Saint Nicholas,
a percentage of the Office's profits is pledged to bringing warmth and joy to children in need this holiday season.

THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION
A crowning honor, delivered directly from the hearth of the North Pole.
This is the definitive Nice List Collection — the most complete honor The Office of Santa Claus bestows. A beautifully personalized, vintage-style letter is signed by Father Christmas himself, joined by a brass-plated Nice List medallion and the fabled "Let Santa In" key, all nested together inside a rigid keepsake box with a deep red, textured finish, built to be opened again each December.
Included in this set:
The 2026 Sovereign Correspondence: Fully personalized and printed on heavyweight, textured cream linen paper with a foiled letterhead and finished with a hand-pressed wax seal.
The North Pole Envelope: A red envelope, with foil embossing addressed to the recipient (First Name only).
The Certified Nice List Medallion: A substantial, custom-struck, brass-plated metal challenge coin featuring deep-relief traditional detailing — a hefty, tactile record of the year's good behavior.
Santa's All-Access Key: A precision-cast, brass-plated metal key for homes without a chimney — or any home looking to add a little extra magic — hang it on the door Christmas Eve, and it lets Santa in.
The Archival Keepsake Box: An 8"x4"x1" rigid box with a premium textured finish, deep red accents, a secure magnetic-closure lid, and a custom-fitted interior to display every artifact.
A keepsake, not a toy. The medallion and key are solid metal and are made to be kept, not played with. As with any small metal object, please keep them away from very young children and supervise little ones handling them.
Need this for 7 or more people? We custom-price large-scale editions for any group of 7 or more. Please contact our studio at support@theofficeofsantaclaus.com to request a custom arrangement.
